The Linen Gallery is an independent, locally owned retailer and began serving clients in Omaha, Nebraska, USA \r\nin 1994.  The Linen Gallery was started to bring access to the \r\nworld's most acclaimed linen designers to local consumers using \r\nknowledgeable staff.  The Linen Gallery began selling online in the year 2000 and has handled over 10,000 sales throughout the U.S. -- either online, through email or via telephone orders. \r\nThe Linen Gallery is located in a beautiful new retail space in Countryside Village located at 87th & Pacific in Omaha.

\r\n 1) What credit cards do you accept?
\r\n We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as well as PAYPAL. We can also invoice you with PAYPAL if you prefer.

\r\n 2) When is my credit card charged?
\r\n At\r\n the time your order is placed, your credit card will be authorized and \r\ncharged for the total purchase price of your order. We utilize \r\nAuthorize.net as our credit card intermediary and as a security measure,\r\n they do not provide us access to your account number. The majority of our orders ship out immediately.  Our products are luxury goods. When we special order them for you, they need to be paid in full prior to that order being placed. Other arrangements can be made in-store.

\r\n 3) How do you ship?
\r\n We\r\n ship orders weighing over two pounds UPS and those under US Mail.  Please allow 24-48 hours for\r\n processing of your order and 5-7 business days for shipping. If an item\r\n is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you promptly. Please note \r\nthat we require a street address or rural route number to deliver your \r\norder via UPS.  If we receive a PO Box number, we will ship \r\nyour item via the USPS and will add a $5.00 handling fee to your order.

\r\n Some\r\n of our orders will be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. We\r\n will email you the day your order ships with the tracking number of \r\nyour shipment.
\r\n
\r\n Shipping charges are based on the total dollar \r\namount of your order (exclusive of sales tax in Nebraska). We reserve \r\nthe right to add additional shipping charges for orders that are under \r\n$100 and oversized.
\r\n
\r\n 4) Can I have my order shipped overnight or two day?
\r\n Overnight\r\n and two day packages are shipped via Fed Ex or UPS at an additional \r\ncost. Orders need to be placed online by 12:00 CST or you may call the \r\nstore until 3:00 CST (toll free 1-877-399-5242). All down products can only be shipped Ground due to size.

\r\n 5) What is your return policy?
\r\n
We\r\n accept unused merchandise returned in original packaging for exchange or\r\n credit card refund. We prefer that all returns be pre-approved -- to \r\nobtain a return authorization number please email us at Kadlinengal@aol.com or call us at 402-399-5242. All returns must be postmarked \r\nwithin 7 business days of the receipt of the purchase. Shipping and \r\nhandling charges are not refundable. Custom sizes or products and sale \r\nitems are generally not returnable

\r\n We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm CST; Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm CST and Closed Sunday.

\r\n 7) Will I be charged sales tax?
\r\n Sales tax of 7% will be added to all orders shipped to an address in the state of Nebraska.

\r\n 8) Do you ship your items outside the continental United States?
\r\n We\r\n ship to Hawaii and Alaska via USPS Priority Mail and your shipping charges \r\nwill be adjusted for the actual cost of shipping your package.

We regret to inform you that effective Jan 1, 2022 we are no longer accepting orders for International Shipping. We have found this necessary due to staffing shortages and the amount of time and effort required for contacting international clients to get shipping paid for. All international orders will be automatically canceled and refunded.  Any exceptions to this may be discussed via email or phone.

\r\n 9) How do I return an item I purchased?
\r\n Your\r\n order needs to be shipped to our address : The Linen Gallery, 8723 Countryside Plaza, Omaha, Ne 68114. You may ship the order via \r\nUSPS, Fed Ex Ground, DHL or UPS. We suggest you insure your package for \r\nthe full value of your order. If you email us that you are shipping your\r\n package back, we will watch for it and will notify you via email once \r\nwe receive it.

\r\n We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.

When you purchase bedding from The Linen Gallery, you may rest assured that the items you are procuring are unused and in their original packaging. As such, we require all items that are returned to be in shelf ready condition -- which is the condition you would be willing to pay full retail for.  If your purchase arrives and it is different than your expectations, we suggest you remove a pillowcase or sham from its packaging to see the product, as these are easy to re-package. Once you remove just about anything else from the package, you will not be able to successfully make it shelf ready.

\r\n Those items returned that are not shelf ready will be charged a 15% restocking fee. The following items can not be returned: Down products, custom orders, monogrammed items, clearance and discontinued items, items altered by our seamstress and used products of any kind. In addition to a restocking fee, we will reduce your credit by the amount of your free shipping.

\r\n Not sure about an item and don't want to incur a restocking fee? Call or email us and if we can arrange to get you a sample we would be happy to have it shipped to you.

\r\n You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.  Your return requires pre-authorization -- you may call the store or email us at Kadlinengal@aol.com.  If your item ships from our store, your package will have a return form in the box which explains our policy and needs to be returned with your shipment. We can also email you this form. Please do not ship items back to the manufacturer as your return may not be processed. Once we receive your return, please allow up to ten business days for your return to be processed.

Once your package ships, we send you a tracking number via USPS.com, FedEx.com or UPS.com. We only require signatures on packages over $1000, so you are responsible for monitoring the arrival of your purchase.
